How can I place an order?
The most convenient way to place your order is through our website by accessing our “Order Here” page. Add the items needed to the shopping cart and check out, a simple order form will appear, fill out the information and proceed with payment. We accept credit card payment processing online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Once you have processed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. You may also call in your order to 843.568.1152. We will be happy to assist you in anyway we can. You can find all our contact information on the "Contact page" of this website. If you are a property home owner please contact us at 843.568.1152 to discuss linen vacation packages for your vacation home.
Is there a delivery charge?
We offer Free Delivery with orders over $30.00.
How will my order get to my vacation property?
We have a full staff of delivery personnel and your order will be placed outside the home on the day you or your tenant arrives.
When should I place my order?
We suggest placing your linen order at the time you make your vacation reservation to insure availability and delivery. If you are ordering “last minute”, call for availability. We will gladly take your order several months and even up to 1 year in advance. We will do everything we can to accommodate your order in a timely fashion. During the busy summer season it is best to give us at least 2 weeks in advance of your vacation time. We ask that all orders that are placed be PAID IN FULL at the time of your order. You can mail checks in advance or pay online with credit card or by calling our office.
How do I order by Phone?
To order linen rentals by phone, please have your vacation home’s address and zip code, bed configurations (king,queen,full/double, twin), and an idea of how many other items such as bath towels and kitchen towels you may need.
Do you give discounts?
If you rent from us for two or more consecutive weeks, we provide our clients with discounts. Please call us to discuss our discounts.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Should you have to cancel your order for any reason, please call us directly. Our cancellation policy is: If cancelled FULLY two weeks before check-in you will receive a full refund minus any credit card servicing fees. Cancellations made within two weeks of check-in will receive 50% refund minus any credit card servicing fees charged to us.
What do I do with the linens when I’m preparing to check out?
UPON YOUR DEPARTURE, Please remove sheets and pillow cases from beds and place dirty linens and towels in separate bags (if more then one is provided) that we delivered to your location. PLEAE LEAVE ALL ITEMS RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR for pickup on checkout day. It is very important to make sure no pieces are missing (please check your inventory). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU TO REPLACE THE MISSING OR DAMAGED PIECES.
Can I have my pets at the beach?
In Horry County, no animals are allowed on the beach from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. between May 1 and Labor Day. Animals must be on leashes no longer than seven feet and owners must clean up after their animals.
In Surfside Beach, rules regarding dogs will go into effect on May 15 through September 15. During this time, dogs are not allowed on the beach. For more information, visit the town’s website here.
In North Myrtle Beach, dogs aren’t allowed on the beach between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from May 15 until September 15. A leash law is in effect at all times, with the maximum length allowed being seven feet. Owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
In Georgetown County, dogs are allowed on the beach, but must be leased from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Dogs not leashed during other hours “must be under voice control and owners must be able to demonstrate voice control to a law enforcement officer if asked.”
